Meet Megan
I’m Megan Adams—better known as Homegirl Megs—and I believe real estate should feel personal, strategic, and refreshingly real.
I began my career in property management at just 19 years old and earned my real estate license in 2017. Since then, I’ve helped families throughout Wisconsin and Southwest Florida buy and sell everything from first homes to luxury and waterfront properties. Real estate is the only industry I’ve ever known as an adult, and being an advocate for my clients is still the part I love most.
When a client tells me they’re ready to make a move, my first thought is always: What strategy will get them the results they want in the most efficient timeline? I specialize in fast, carefully coordinated transitions—especially helping homeowners sell their current property while purchasing their next one. It doesn’t take magic. It takes preparation, communication, strong negotiation, and a clear plan from day one.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me soaking up the sunshine, swimming, spending time with friends and family, or helping my husband, Matt, with his business, Refresh 360. We also share our home with two incredibly spoiled dogs, Buster and Murphy, who have promoted themselves from assistants to project managers.
